qigong) y para quienes hayan experimentado lo b\u00e1sico en dichas pr\u00e1cticas, deseando profundizar en su conexi\u00f3n mente-cuerpo-energ\u00eda, llevando la meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento a un nivel m\u00e1s profundo de cultivo de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Exploraremos t\u00e9cnicas de nivel intermedias que expandir\u00e1n y enriquecer\u00e1n la experiencia de la meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento. Aprenderemos a sincronizar el ritmo de nuestra respiraci\u00f3n con movimientos-desplazamientos un poco m\u00e1s complejos.<\/p>\n<p>Repasaremos conocimientos adquiridos permiti\u00e9ndonos encontrar un equilibrio profundo y una presencia total en cada paso que demos. Abordaremos nuevos temas como la conexi\u00f3n entre el movimiento y la energ\u00eda interna, explorando c\u00f3mo las posturas espec\u00edficas y los movimientos conscientes pueden influir en nuestra vitalidad y equilibrio emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n nos sumergiremos en la conexi\u00f3n con el entorno, llevando la meditaci\u00f3n en movimiento a lugares m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del sal\u00f3n de clase, permiti\u00e9ndonos integrar la pr\u00e1ctica en la vida cotidiana. Seremos guiados a trav\u00e9s de secuencias de movimiento un poco m\u00e1s desafiantes, dise\u00f1adas para expandir nuestras capacidades f\u00edsicas y mentales.
